Please notice, the password here means you need to set a whole new password for this App, NOT and no necessary to enter the password as same as the one you set for your Email service which already existed. And we also strongly recommend you not to using the same password as your email service.

(b) Information We Collect.
In addition to the information we mentioned above, we may also collect some certain information via the App in order to provide and improve technical support / customer service when you interact with the App. This kind of information may include, but is not limited to, the tag is installed date, the information/description you mark for the tag via our App, the brand and model of the smart device you install and interact with this App, the software version of the smart device mentioned foregoing, Time Zone of the location of the smart device mentioned foregoing, and the time you change these information. The information here may be non-identifying or may be associated with you, while we will treat it as Personal Information.

2. Use and Sharing of Your Information.
Our primary goal in using your Personal information is to provide you with a better experience when using our Services; however that is not the only use.

We may use your Personal Information or Usage Information to:

· Develop enhancements or improvements to the App.

· Communicate with you in response to your inquiries, provide the services you request.

We will not offer service to let you change the Email and password you have provided, and if you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please contant us.

5. Users Under Thirteen (13).
We does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you will not be permitted to use the Service.

7. Governing Law.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Taiwan without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the Taiwan TaoYuan District Court. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
